This is what I would call a quick mod. Only tool used is a finnish knife --Puukko-- as we call it here. This case was "built" in 2002 so dont expect any fancy components. Ahtlon XP 1700+ for processor and Integrated GeForce2mx as a display adapter. ![]() When I was a kid, I got this cool lego case for christmas present, with lots of parts and quite many intructions for different models. Later I used the case for tools and screws etc. Hole on the left side is for the motherboards connectors. ![]() Parts inside. HDD mounted on the lid. ![]() Fans mounted. Holes for CPU and PSU heatsinks cut. ![]() Behind. ![]() Fan blows cool air in which then comes out trough the cpu heatsink. Another fan in the back also blows air in, and it comes out through the PSU heatsink´s hole ![]() Power & HDD leds. ![]() As the plastic case is quite bendy, I added little hooks wit rubber strips to the sides to better hold the lid closed. ![]() ![]() As I said, a quick mod. It took only couple of hours to make. May not look too cool but it was lightweight and portable. Remove this ad by registering or by logging in. Login with your Facebook account to comment:
