    I took and nibbled the fan for this from normal XboX360 fan. Cut into half and trimming the edges little bit =)

    Next i took the sidepanel,  my "old trusty" the holesaw and a drill.alt

    And i made a 64mm hole on the panel (after carefully measuring and test-fitting the fan in place, ofcourse).
