Project Falcon

I bought a new computer not long ago with new case and decided to leave my old mouse, keyboard and monitor. After a while I decided to mod keyboard and mouse and add some small details to my case 'couse I wanted them all to share similar theme (after warranty ends from monitor I might mod it too)

Idea is to keep same theme around each mod while maintaining functionality or make it better for my needs.,and of course to make it all look better.

I'll make glowpad, firewheel / logomouse, key caps, some paint and led things for keyboard and few small details for case.

I'll be updating this on fly while I make this, and I'll prolly start from keyboard and glowpad 'couse they need the most of my polycarbonate that I have

Made prototype key cap for keyboard and carved glowpad

I made the key cap by clipping old key to pieces and keeping its leg, then I sawed small piece of polycarbonate and hot glued leg to it, it's still just a prototype, just to see how I should make new key caps and this seemed to be easiest way of doing it

I also carved glowpad ready, I'll later install it on top of computer case with few bolts and take power from molex after I've changed leds to red and made holes in case where I can make power cords go through

Glowpad is ready now

I left some space between case and pad with nuts and I covered pad with a small folder cover that was seethrough but darker to make mouse slide and so I could use optical mouse with it too.
