Some painted acrylic plate would be ideal for this.

17.03.2011 22:22 laurilrYes, only one flash. When I took this shot the flash was mounted to camera but sometimes I dismount the flash from the camera, put the camera to BULB-mode and flash the tent from different angles.
17.03.2011 21:53 JapalaNice results. Lighting only with the flash? I too have the same tent here... haven't used it even once so perhaps this triggers the need to try this myself. :)
17.03.2011 19:50 laurilrFor light tent shooting I use Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II and the aperture is usually between f/8 and f/11. Currently I have no macro lenses though I have a couple of extension tubes. Here's another shot of the setup (with awful quality): http://laurilr.kuvat.fi/kuvat/Sekalaista/vltlt.jpg
17.03.2011 19:41 DJanneDo u have som macro lens or just that 18-55mm? :D
17.03.2011 19:11 laurilrThanks! I tried this trick also for Zippo: http://laurilr.kuvat.fi/kuvat/Sekalaista/zippo2.jpg Seems to give pretty nice result. :)
17.03.2011 09:36 JipaReally nice shot. I should really get some reflective backdrops as well

17.03.2011 00:59 laurilrHaha, I wasn't sure about where did I get these but now the mystery is solved!
17.03.2011 00:49 worderrorNice B1.36 spikes you got there ;)
