    Prototype / test pie...    		 I milled this holder for a led ringlight and 3 W power supply. Both parts are from dealextreme.com. With very shallow passes it took about 25 minutes to cut. I'll probably use this as some kind of worklight.

    Here you can see the surface finish my machine makes on soft aluminium with shallow ( 0.2 mm ) passes and high feed speed. Far from perfect but gets the job done.

    New Z-plate and stif...    		 The machine has now reached version 2.1! Parts made from aluminium: Z-plate: 10mm, router mounts: 12mm, Z-nut mount: 12mm and top plate stiffeners: 6mm. All parts were cut by the machine itself.

The machine broke whille cutting this one, took me 3 hours to repair it and then I was able to finish the job.     165cm x 105cm...    		 I have added MDF spoilboard and surfaced it with the router itself. Now I have a flat and perfectly aligned surface to clamp the workpieces onto. The spoilboard also clearly shows the maximum cutting area of the machine. Picture was taken before surfacing, I took about 1.5mm off with a 20mm diameter cutter. The surfacing only took exactly 12 minutes with 5000mm/min feedrate.

    Diy dust separator, works surprisingly well. 90-95% of the dust falls to the bottom of this 35 liter bucket and stays there.
