Some cardboard and tape for the cover.

Turned out extremely nice. It's big and ugly, but makes a good ~100" picture. Total cost for the sound and video setup ~50eur, so I'm pretty darn satisfied with the outcome.

Next step is to make thicker curtains to block the light from outside.

14.04.2012 16:42 HochramHow did you remove the anti-glare? wet towel? some times ago I assembled a diy projector with a 3M overhead and a 14" lcd (total cost 25 euros) ju8st to check the working, then I left it almost undone. Now I'm fixing it and I didn't know of this step :) Unfortunately the lamp is only 200 W, needs really dark room.
